Inside Sales Representative Job Description –
We’re looking for an experienced inside sales representative to join our team. Our reps sell our high performance digital marketing services for local & international businesses. They are tasked with identifying the right prospects and recommending them our services.
Key-skills required:
• Generate leads through online research
• Ability to engage prospects through email/ LinkedIn/ Calls.
• Clear and concise verbal communication skills appropriate to the local and international prospects
• Proven ability to identify and develop new sales opportunities through insightful research.
• Ability to quickly research a prospect company and tailor an initial call/ pitch to their specific needs and close the sale
• A disciplined approach to managing sales efforts on a daily basis
• A strong follow-up on the prospective calls
• A go-getter with excellent customer service and organization skills
• Be professional, outgoing and friendly with the ability to adapt sales techniques and presentations to fit the client
Desired Profile:
• Min 1+ years of relevant sales experience (digital inside sales experience preferred)
• Graduate required
• Have a clear understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients
• Good with numbers (sales target)
• Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion (Calling prospect customers till appointment booking)
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisation
• Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquette
• Excellent English written and oral communication skills
