Selected personnel's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Supporting co-founders with lead generation, proposal follow-up, and event support, and/or attendance, and related strategic planning
2. Maintaining a thorough understanding of sales pipeline and deal progression
3. Conducting research and assisting with business development meeting preparation and pitch decks
4. Attending client pitches and meetings with the business development team as needed
5. Working with the business development to shepherd proposals through the proposal process
6. Being a point of contact for communications on behalf of the business development team, including answering and returning emails and phone calls
7. Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external contacts
8. Meet and exceed sales targets
