As a Sales Representative specializing in Interior and Furniture Sales, your primary responsibility is to promote and sell interior design products to clients. You will be crucial in driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and meeting individual sales targets within the interior sales division. Your role extends to assisting in interior product design and development, working under senior designers.
Consequently, a keen interest in designing and developing products is required. The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder. Proven sales experience, preferably in the interior design or furnishings industry would be an added plus.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Design Support:
• Develop modular designs based on client conversations, demonstrating excellent creative thinking skills
• Assist in developing creative and functional design concepts under senior designers' guidance
• Utilize design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or other relevant tools proficiently to contribute to the design process
• Willingly learn new software like PALLETE CAD on demand
• Manage project expertise in creating Bills of Quantities (BoQ) for customers and coordinate with internal and external agencies
Sales Support:
• Engage actively with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable interior products
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Demonstrate expertise in sales closure through logical and trusted sales pitches, leading design meetings with customers
• Maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best ideas for clients
