Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating sales leads, and converting those leads into sales. This role requires a persuasive communicator who can engage potential clients and close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
Sales Conversion: Persuade and convince potential customers to purchase products/services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.
Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and sales achieved.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market trends to help improve the companys products and services.
