We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative/sales executive/telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing leads.
Attend all incoming calls and outbound calls from customers
Key Responsibilities :
Telecallers play a crucial role in engaging with customers over the phone, often in sales, customer service, or support capacities. Here are the common roles and responsibilities of a telecaller:
1. Making Outbound Calls
Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, sales, or provide information about products or services.
2. Receiving Inbound Calls
Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing their questions, concerns, or complaints in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide information or assist with inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Customer Relationship Management
Maintain detailed records of each interaction in a database, including customer details, follow-up requirements, and outcomes of the calls.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, often by providing post-call support or updates.
4. Sales and Lead Generation
Identify sales opportunities and convert them into sales or appointments for further discussion.
5. Handling Complaints and Providing Solutions
Follow up on customer complaints to ensure they are resolved satisfactorily
