Who You Are

✅ You’re a deal closer: You know how to talk to farmers, exporters, distributors, and retailers—and you can sell ice to an Eskimo (but we prefer you sell PeelON to banana suppliers).

✅ You live and breathe the banana industry: If you can name at least five different banana varieties and know what post-harvest losses are, we’re already interested.

✅ You thrive on the road: This is NOT a desk job. You’ll be out in Solapur, Anantapur districts, and major banana-growing regions, shaking hands, making deals, and ensuring our product reaches the right hands. Expect tons of travel.

✅ You’re in it for the money (and the mission): This is a high-commission role—the harder you hustle, the more you earn. Plus, you’ll be making a huge impact by cutting food waste and reducing plastic use.

✅ You know people: You have strong connections in the banana supply chain—from farmers to traders to packhouses and exporters. The bigger your network, the faster you’ll win.

What You’ll Do

🔥 Sell PeelON packaging to banana traders, wholesalers, and exporters.

🚚 Work with banana packhouses & distributors to integrate PeelON into their operations.

🌍 Travel extensively across key banana hubs—Solapur, Maharastra; Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh; Tamil Nadu.

📈 Negotiate and close deals—your commissions depend on it!

🔍 Understand customer needs and develop sales strategies to grow our market share.

📝 Report sales progress and keep track of trends in the banana industry.
