Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of our furniture products. This role involves developing relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture design, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
* Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, interior designers, contractors, and other potential clients.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, providing feedback to the product development
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
* Present and demonstrate furniture products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and design aesthetics.
* Conduct product training sessions and workshops for clients and sales partners.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
* Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
* Ensure all sales agreements and contracts are accurately completed and maintained.
* Identify and explore new markets and distribution channels for furniture products.
* Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to Show case products and expand the customer base.
