Job Description Role: Independent Sales Representative (ISR) Key Responsibilities: ● Responsible for convincing retailers, taking orders and ensuring timely delivery to the outlets ● Responsible for proper product visibility and merchandising in all the outlets ● Ensure daily coverage of minimum 25-30 outlets as per the beat plan ● Ensure timely collection from outlets to distributor ● Ensure diligence in following processes . using Sales Force apps, DMS etc. Key Requirements: ● Must have 1+ years of experience in General Trade in the local region ● Must have a Beauty and Personal Care Industry background ● Must have a Two - Wheeler for local travelling ● Must be fluent in local/regional spoken language
