INTERIOR DESIGN SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify potential clients through various channels, assess their needs and budget, and qualify them as suitable leads.
Client Consultation: Greet and consult with clients, discuss project goals, desired aesthetics, and budget.
Product and Service Presentation: Showcase the company's design services, furniture, materials, and other design elements that align with client needs.
Proposal Creation: Develop proposals outlining design services, product recommendations, and project timelines with clear pricing.
Sales Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts, address client concerns, and close sales effectively.
Project Support: Provide ongoing client support throughout the design process, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Maintaining Showroom: (For showroom positions) Contribute to a visually appealing and organized showroom environment.
Staying Current on Trends: Continuously learn about new design trends, products, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, furniture, or a related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of interior design principles and trends
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Customer service focus with a commitment to exceeding expectations
Sales negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency in design software (a plus)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
