Specific nature of work
1. Listing the outlets.
2. 6 days market visit per week.
3. Preparation of route plan and cover the route as per plan.
4. Manage productivity and per dealer sales per day as per company norms.
5. Managing the outlets - Goal setting, making effective product presentation by explaining quality, price, margin, creating demand though product attributes, benefits and sales promotions to achieving sales numbers and goals.
6. Conducting promotion activities.
7. Managing coverage as per DRCP.
8. Coordination and cooperatively working with distributor and daily sales reporting to company.
