As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at AL Consulting, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on leveraging LinkedIn and email outreach to identify, connect with, and qualify prospects. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted outreach strategies, nurturing leads through the sales funnel.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Prospect Identification and Research:**
- Use LinkedIn to identify and research potential leads and decision-makers within target companies.
- Develop a deep understanding of our ideal customer profile and continuously refine your outreach lists.
- **LinkedIn Outreach:**
- Craft personalized LinkedIn connection requests, messages, and follow-ups to engage potential clients.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify opportunities, track interactions, and build relationships.
- Actively participate in LinkedIn groups and discussions relevant to our industry to increase visibility and network.
- **Email Outreach:**
- Develop and execute email campaigns targeting prospects identified through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Write compelling, customized email sequences that resonate with the pain points and needs of our target audience.
