Roles and Responsibilities
Research, track, maintain and update leads
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company's services in order to facilitate the sales process.

Regular follow-up & updates to clients.
Excellent Communication skills.
Follow-up & updates to clients Candidate should have patience and calm under pressure, attentiveness and speed, clear and polite communication, good in MS Office, self motivated and responsible.
Should be able to manage and escalate queries.
Providing complete information to clients.
Ability to convince and convert leads into clients.
