1. The core purpose of the role is to empanel and engage with a variety of stakeholders ranging from POS, Distributor(s) and Direct client(s).
2. Shall be responsible for expansion of distribution channel by conducting Go to Market and Business opportunity presentations and implementing strategy by facilitating ground operations to achieve the given targets.
3. Drive sales from POS, Distributor and HNI Clients by advising Distributors and Investors on suitable product by analysing the asset allocation for a customized approach & pitching of product(s) & services.
4. Build visibility and routine connect with POS, Distributors, retail and HNI Investors through Telephone calls, one to one meeting, regular dissemination of marketing material (brochures, mailers, social media posts and group meetings)
5. Responsible for providing best in class service to first hand investors and distributors.
6. Build and improve relationships with customers, key suppliers and partners.
7. Review company practices to ensure clients get maximum satisfaction from their purchases.
8. Identify potential opportunities and inform the sales team to follow up.
9. Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
10. Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
11. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
12. Work with internal departments to ensure company meets clients’ expectations.
13. Oversee customer relationship management system.
