Position: Regional Head-Sales Recruiter

Job Location: Kolkata, Patna, Bengaluru, Mumbai, NCR

Years of exp: 4 to 5 Years

Roles and Responsibility :

Develop recruitment funnel in follow parameters

o Sourcing

o Screening

o Assessing

o Interviewing

o Verifying

o Offering

o Hiring

Relationship building with Local Sales lead team.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboard through MIS.

Mentor and train junior team members in the team.

Who you are: (Must Have)

Experienced 4-5 years of sales Recruitment experience in the domain of Fintech Business.

Good Written and spoken communication skills in English, and Regional Language.

Have handled 2-3 recruiters team under direct supervision.

Graduate in any displace.

Good to have:

HR certification or specialized certification in recruitment in an added advantage.

Experience setting up and deploying regional level recruitment team

Experience working with different stake holders.
