Designation - Sales Promoters

1- Reporting –
Sales promoter should open and close the shop as per company guideline (timing in-line with hospital) and they must mark their daily attendance in online portal regularly (ETHOS/CEAM application), end of the day their sales report should reach to reporting manager
Tour plan/ expenses online update must be on time (Training will be provided)
2- Attire & Grooming-
Sales promoters will be given the company’s dress and they have to follow standard grooming guideline as per company policy.
3- Planogram & Cleanliness–
Planogram (Stock display & arrangement), shop cleanliness has to maintained every day (Training will be provided)
4- Stock Management-
She should be accountable for inventory management, including GRN (Goods received note), breakage, short/excess stocks received as per indent from CFA , (Training will be arranged periodically ).They need to have count of sold units & balance units, stocks deviation to be nil time of stocks audit.
5- Cash Management
Sales promoter has to handle cash in efficient manner . cash collected from the customers, handover cash to authorized bank (Maintain copy of deposit slip). Daily report of cash in hand/sales/deposits to be maintained at counter. Nil cash deviation at the time of audit.
6- Engagement Activities –
Sales promoter should reach to Doctors, Nurses & customers (Inside Hospital only) explain them about our products and participate in other marketing activities as per guideline to increase the customer foot fall (Maintain daily footfall count).
7- Monthly Performance – Sales promoters should achieve set monthly sales target.
8- Monthly Rental Invoices Collection- Sales promoters has to collect monthly invoice from hospital and dispatch HO for payment proces
