Profile: The candidate has to bring in leads across the globe through consultative sales either by calls or digital mediums. Dealing with people and converting them into potential customers.
Payscale: ₹ 3,000/- + incentives, It is a target-based job and requires a proactive person to handle the work.

Required skillset:
1. Interest in consultative sales and business development.
2. He/ she should be fluent in either English or Hindi.
3. Can pitch our services to the customers over calls.
4. Can make leads and follow up with existing ones.
5. Should have knowledge of Google sheets.
6. Can take rejections.
7. Tonnes of energy, initiative, and passion for startup life.
8. Good verbal and written communication skills.
9. Strong sense of personal leadership and ability to function independently.
10. He/She must be organized, detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
Key responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers.
2. Assist in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting
3. Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
4. Complete the targets and tasks assigned within the time limit.
