1. Achieving sales targets ( Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly ) for System Products and Turnkey execution.
2. Meeting Architects / Interior Designers / Contractors / PMCs and End Clients.
3. Project Scanning at allocated geographical areas.
4. Preparation of BOQ based on drawings or inputs received from clients.
5. Preparation of techno-commercial proposal for clients.
6. Arranging / submitting required products physical samples and technical data to the client.
7. Coordination & communication with clients for getting better understanding of their requirements at inquiry stage and during execution stage.
8. Maintaining of proper record of Project data ( BOQ / Drawings/ quotations / PO etc..) for easy retrieval and reference.
9. Adherence to the rules, regulation , policies laid down by the company.
10. Providing required inputs / assistance to Purchase executive and accounts executive.
11. Guiding Project co-ordinator for smooth execution of projects.
12. Ultimate responsibility lies with Sales / Business Development executive for smooth execution and handing over of project.
