Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and persuasive Field Sales Executives to sell the Chqup Plan (399 OPD Health Plan) directly to customers at strategic high-footfall locations such as malls, markets, and diagnostic centers. The role involves generating daily inquiries, converting leads into sales, and achieving weekly sales targets by effectively communicating the urgency and benefits of the plan.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation
Approach and engage with potential customers at designated sales points.
Educate women about the Chqup Plan benefits, emphasizing affordable doctor consultations and discounted diagnostic tests.
Identify and address customer needs, creating a sense of urgency to purchase.
Collect and document customer inquiries and follow-up details.
2. Sales Target Achievement
Convert a minimum of 30% of daily inquiries into sales.
Achieve a minimum of 10 sales per day for the 399 plan.
Meet weekly sales targets of 70+ plans by consistently engaging with customers.
Close deals on the spot by highlighting the low cost, instant benefits, and hassle-free access to doctors.
3. On-Ground Marketing & Promotion
Distribute promotional materials like flyers and brochures.
Conduct short product demos and testimonials to build trust.
Use persuasive communication and urgency-driven tactics (., Limited-time 399 offer!).
Work closely with team leads to analyze footfall and optimize selling strategies.
