Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. As a fresher, you will be provided with comprehensive training and mentorship to help you develop your sales skills and gain industry knowledge. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our range of oils and lubricants to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including automotive, industrial, and consumer markets.

Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our products to prospective customers.

Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our product range and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate product benefits and features.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Market Research: Assist in gathering market intelligence and identifying new business opportunities.

Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, prepare reports, and provide feedback to the sales manager.

Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and support company objectives.

Qualifications:

Education: Any graduate

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade and negotiate; basic understanding of sales principles.

Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of relevant experience are welcome.
