�� Place phone calls to potential clients from resources
�� Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
�� Answer potential clients�� questions about products or goals
�� Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
�� Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates�� schedules
�� Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
�� Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to existing and new client
�� Refer customer complaints to supervisor for quality control
�� Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
�� Follow up with existing and new client
�� Drive customer acquisition of new products in conjunction with Sales.
�� Provide implementation and operational support for new Key Accounts or new products.
�� Provide direction, orientation, and training to sales, customer service, operations and commercial teams on new markets; segments; and products.
�� Acquire business intelligence on market, players, operations, products and organization to support marketing, sales; products, & operations; in terms of development.
�� Act as emergency/escalation contact window for key new customers.
