Title: Sr Executive/AM Sale Operations/Support Backend

Responsibility:

The role would involve managing backend operations, building itineraries, preparing cost sheets, and supporting travel agencies with bookings, amendments, guest relations and escalations.

Qualification:

Graduate and above or Diploma in Travel

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in the travel domain, particularly in sales and operations with B2B experience is must.

Good knowledge of MS office and email software.

Required good communication and interpersonal skills.
