Responsibilities;

Attend incoming calls and messages on business platform

Receiving and registering orders on the phone and business platforms

Answering product/service queries as required to new and old customers.

Customer order management

Customer subscription management

Following company order registration system

Registering payments received in company system and database

Administrations work and reporting company matters to seniors

Desired candidate skills;

Competent in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel

Working days Monday- Saturday

Timing 8AM - 4PM

Should be fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi
