Roles
• New clients search, lead generation, potential study market customer satisfaction through after-sales care, as well as gaining and using feedback
• Identifying and approaching potential new companies or individuals to engage as clients
• Research industry trends and provide advice to colleagues about client strategy and new sales opportunities
• Giving presentations to clients about our services
• Act as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues as appropriate
• To ensure the terms of a contract are adhered to by both your employer and clients
• Understand and help to meet the targets and aims of the client.
Responsibilities

• Outstanding collection control and monitor day to day basis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree & equivalent experience of Sales in goods Transport Industry
• Proven record in Goods Transport industry - appreciations
• Knowledge in market Vendors and rivals
• Certification in skills developments
• Knowledge of client base in Bulk Cargo
