Job Description

We are looking for SALES OFFICER to join our growing team of RUCHAK, INDIA, who can take the responsibility for creating FMCG distributors, calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.

Salary: Negotiable

TADA- As per Company Policy

Experience: 2-4 years in FMCG Food & Beverage sector

Responsibilities:

Delivering Secondary and primary sales targets for the assigned area.

Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned

Retail & wholesale market coverage.

Working with frontline sales representatives.

Submission of daily and weekly reports.

Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned

Market survey, Route mapping, market expansion, and market development.

Planning and implementation of salesman routes.

Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers

Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services

Update all the daily activities in our official mobile application.

Promote specific products as directed by upper management

Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts

Maintain positive business and customer relationships in an effort to extend customer lifetime value

Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team

Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review

Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made

Skills

Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written

Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude

Proficient in using Sales Applications

Proven track record in sales environment

Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
