Job Summary:

The Credit Card Sales Officer is responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients to sell credit cards. The role involves meeting sales targets, providing excellent customer service, and representing the bank or financial institutions credit card products. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused Responsibilities:Sales and Marketing:Actively promote and sell credit card products to customers through various sales channels (., direct sales, telemarketing, field sales).Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales ain the features and benefits of different credit card options to omer Engagement:Provide excellent customer service by understanding the customer's financial needs and recommending the most suitable credit card ond to customer queries and resolve any issues or concerns regarding credit st customers with the application process, ensuring all required documentation is collected and et Achievement:Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the tor and track sales performance, ensuring a consistent pipeline of leads and liance and Documentation:Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and guidelines, including KYC (Know Your Customer) lete all required paperwork and documentation accurately and within set tain records of customer interactions and tionship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and aborate with internal teams, such as customer service and operations, to facilitate smooth processing and approval of credit card applications.
