Job Description:
We are actively looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to join our team in Indore. The primary responsibility of the Sales Officer is to play a key role in establishing and expanding our dealer and distributor network in the assigned regions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive sales through the appointed distribution/retailer network in Indore (.) Retail brand.
Appointing new distributors/retailers for market expansion will be a priority.
Support and work with existing distributors to drive secondary sales.
Visit appointed retail to check market pulse and collect feedback monthly.
Provide the POS for necessary visual merchandise.
Plan and organize activation as per the need for retailers/distributors.
Work market regularly following a beat plan.
Build relationship with the channel partners for seamless trade execution.
Handle distributor grievances.
Weekly reporting on sales and MIS. Monthly reporting, planning on executions, numbers and strategy.
Significant component of the KRA would be towards collections.
Create and Develop the distribution network channel-Both Rural & Urban, route planning, delivery route optimization.
Key Skills:
1-4 years of experience in FMCG, experience in detergent industry also preferred.
Understanding of distribution channels.
Experienced in distributor/retailer handling.
Experience in activation/BTL, product launches.
Should be dynamic as the role would require local travel and aggressive negotiations.
Should have knowledge of local language of the state.
