Market Development:

Create the distribution network by on boarding new Dealers/Retailers and Distributors.

Identify potential markets and develop strategies to penetrate the products.

Conduct regular visits to the field to understand market needs and gather customer feedback.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management.

Execute sales plans to increase the market share of the company’s fertilizers.

Manage orders from retailers and distributors, ensuring timely supply.

Customer Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealers/Retailers, Distributors.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product delivery or quality.

Product Promotion:

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns.

Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain sales reports and records of field activities, customer interactions, and feedback.

Provide insights and reports to management on market trends, competition, and potential growth areas.
