Project Sales
• Cover and develop a set of accounts assigned related to respective verticals . Education, Manufacturer, real estate etc.
• Build relationship with decision makers for managing repeat business and identifying the opportunities for the new products / services & enhance the existing infrastructure for additional revenue.
• Generate new business by hunting for new accounts in the respective vertical / Industry.
• Maintaining and increasing business from existing customers.
• Adhere to defined sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
• Champion the customers cause internally with various teams to ensure quality solution, timely delivery, top-class support.
• Escalate customer issues, process anomalies and pain points in a timely manner to seniors
• Report sales data, competition information and market data as per requirements
• Revenue Generation from New Account
• Participate in Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand customer base in the assigned Geo / Vertical
• Constantly Qualify and build new opportunities / prospects
• Accurately forecast and execute Booking, Billing and Collection figures
• Positioning of products and solutions
• Monitor, Review and constant Feedback to team member(s) to perform and deliver
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in Retail segment.
• Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
