Purpose of The Job:
The role entails direct customer interaction and is responsible for acquisition of Business Financial Accounts and Cross Sales of third party products.
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new customer leads through open market, cold calling.
Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned.
Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of NTB Financial Planning Account & Cross Sales of third party product like insurances.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services
Convincing customers for new products and maintaining relationship.
Maximize sales revenues and meet sales target.
Requirement:
Candidate with Banking & Finance background may apply.
Applicable for Male candidates.
Good communication skill (verbal in mother tongue / local language), passion for sales.
Candidate must possess a Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Degree/MBA/PGDBA/PG PM in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent, Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
