Planning and executing targets of self & PSR
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and offers
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Fix monthly secondary & primary sales objectives.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Identifying gaps & working level brand wise.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Always look into the distribution of product in market through the distributor
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Making secondary plan every month for PSR & review on weekly basis.
Work with PSR & visit at wholesaler, a- class outlet
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Build good working relationships with existing and prospect distributors.
Settlement of monthly all claims, damages & coordinate with ASM regarding each & every point.
Take care of damage stock of distributor point to be sent to super stockist or companys warehouse.
Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets Primary and secondary sales
Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Motivate and train the team to work better.
Look for collaboration opportunities and inform the management on a timely basis.
