Duties / Responsibilities:
• To Prepare the yearly sales plan with monthly and quarterly target.
• To get sales plan approved by the top management.
• To prepare a road map to achieve the sales plan in line with organisation policies and framework.
• To help in recruitment, coaching and mentoring of sales staff under command.
• To strictly monitor performance of the sales staff under command.
• To achieve growth and hit sales targets year on year basis by successfully managing the sales team.
• To develop direct corporate customer to achieve perpetual revenue generation for the organisation.
• To assist other team member with customer, connect and support them in their activities for overall growth of the company.
• To Coordinate with the backend operation team for smooth after sales process.
• To channelize the feedback from the customers for internal improvement and better customer retention.
• To prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS on performance and achievement of sales plan of the Company.
• To play active role and support ERP implementation.
• To support implementation of HR policies of the Company.
• To undertake any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Work Experience:
Minimum 10 years in sales
Preferably worked in startups
Education :
Graduation / post graduation in sales or marketing . excellent communication skills
MS office /ERP working knowledge
