Job description

· Candidate with 4-5 years of experience in the field of Sales of Beverage in FMCG Industry.

· Planned visit as per requirements

. Should be confident enough to handle Channel sales & Distributor sales activity.

· Responsible for increasing the primary sales for a given territory area.

. Ensure monthly Sales targets ( Primary & secondary ) are achieved thru the sales team.

. Major Responsibility to appoint Super Stockists/Distributors and selling the product.

. Should have handled a minimum team of 6-8 Sales Team Members.

. Should be able to set up distribution network (Super Stockiest& Distributors).

. Require a good team leader able to find, analyze, and solve market risk. Able to draft and

implement monthly, quarterly sales plan.

. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.

. As the Area Sales Manager, Sales Officer you will be responsible for the sales performance - driving volumes and distribution targets for the new product category in the respective territory.
