Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of the FMCG and/or Nutraceutical market. Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industry to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, their needs, and key decision-makers.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in the industry.

- Actively engage in lead generation, prospecting, and cold-calling to establish initial contact and schedule meetings.

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.

- Understand client requirements, tailor solutions to meet their needs, and negotiate contracts and pricing.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and follow-up materials to prospective clients.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.

- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the sales manager or senior management

- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, gather market intelligence, and represent the company.
