Sales Officer -
Job Description
• Build the business through distributor network (hospitals and medical stores)
• Maintain good relationship with clients
• Introduce and sell new products to existing clients
• Ensure availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
• Understand and address medical customer needs
• Negotiate and close deals, handle complaints
• Identify and solve problems proactively
• Seek new sales opportunities through various channels
• Prepare and deliver product presentations
• Generate reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Qualification.
Freshers - MBA (Sales and Marketing)
Or
Preferable Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Sales/ Service Sector
Skills Required
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Negotiation skill
• Analytical skills
• Self-motivated and customer-focused, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to travel
CTC
- 3 .5 LPA (Fixed base pay per session with add on attractive incentives and benefits)
