Position: Sales Officer

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for tiles and sanitary ware products.

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, architects, builders, and contractors.

o Identify new market opportunities and acquire new clients in the assigned territory.

2. Client Relationship Management:

o Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and consultations to clients.

o Regularly follow up with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

o Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales service to build long-term trust.

3. Market Analysis and Strategy:

o Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

o Recommend strategies to improve market share and product visibility.

o Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and trade shows.

4. Sales Operations:

o Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collection.

o Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.

o Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.

5. Product Knowledge:

o Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in tiles and sanitary ware products.

o Educate clients on the benefits, features, and applications of products.

o Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

2. Experience:

o Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials.
