1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets for frozen food products.

3. The candidate should be open to travel across North East to explore and develop newer markets.
4. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of products.
5. Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
6. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to potential clients.
7. Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
8. Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales and distribution processes.
9. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
