1-Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales targets(LAP).

2-Responsible for generating prospective sales lead.

3-Responsible for generating direct lead (No DSA sourcing, only direct).

4-Responsible for making cold calls & generating leads from database.

5-Responsible for achieving monthly business target of Rs 10 lacs.

6-Coordinating with underwriting team for processing of application.

Skill & Experience Required

1-Thorough understanding of Secured loan, Lap.

2-The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6 months.

3-The candidate should have ability to handle sales call independently.

4-The candidate must have experience into cold calling.

5-The candidate must have good Interpersonal Skills and Personality.

6-Ability to effectively Understand & communicate the product.

7-Good interpersonal, relationship management, customer service, and rapport building skills.

8-Ability to prioritize, multi-task, delegate, and proactively resolve problems.

9-Good knowledge of local language.
