Job Summary: USA Sales and Marketing Process responsible for providing end-to-end Sales and Marketing support for our clients based in the United States. This role involves sourcing, and presenting qualified candidates to meet the client's needs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and Customers to understand their needs.
- Manage phone calls and provide response to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales and Marketing of all services according to company and client requirements.
- Assist customers with all knowledge on products and services.
- Need to rectify all customer complaints and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
- Perform all follow up for all outbound calls.
- Ensure an optimal level of customer and client satisfaction at all times and process all orders on the phone.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma, Under Graduate, Graduate or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Top-notch interpersonal skills with a commitment to excellent client service.
- Ability to work in US Shift Timings.
- Typing Speed 30 WPM or more with minimum 95% accuracy
- Familiar with MS Office applications.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
