Skills required:
• More than 5 year of experience in B2B Sales management including minimum 2 years in team-leading roles
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
• Proven ability to manage the business “by the numbers”. Must be metrics-driven.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
• Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Develop and implement standard operating processes to scale the working of the function.
• Help define the target market base and industry verticals we target for various services using local knowledge, secondary research and past data
• Lead the team to ensure the right quality of onboarding to ensure early success and long term retention of the shippers
• Experience working with e-commerce or logistics.
• Deep understanding of the B2C transportation landscape in India with prior interactions with shippers
• Strong Business acumen.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & CRM Module.
• Knowledge of market research.
• Proven records for handled a team with more than 20 members.
• Experience in selling SAAS and Solutions product.
Requirement & Responsibility:
• Responsible for developing leads using whatever tools available.
• Convert Leads into Sales using customer acquisition team.
• Generate leads with walk in or digital marketing or from other sources.
• Should monitor sales as per management target.
• Head customer service team for support and in sales.
• Head Digital marketing team for creating Lead & Marketing Globally.
• Knowledge in Digital marketing campaign running, SEO, SMO.
• Strategic thinking. Hand on experience working with CRM like Zoho
• Create strategy & implement the strategy par with management target and requirement.
• Reporting to CEO on daily basis.
• Weekly & monthly review should be reported to CEO.
