Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Sales and Marketing to join our real estate company. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in real estate sales and marketing, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and increase market share
- Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to ensure effective implementation of strategies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure product offerings are aligned with market demand
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and developers
- Develop and manage the marketing budget and ensure that all activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment
- Ensure that all sales and marketing materials are in line with the company's brand standards and values
- Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance for senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to identify new business opportunities
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing
