Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer needs.

Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with financial advisors, brokers, and institutional clients.

Provide support and information to existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the mutual fund products offered, including their features, benefits, and investment strategies.

Educate clients and prospects on mutual funds and investment options.

Presentation and Networking:

Conduct presentations and attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.

Network with industry professionals and potential investors to generate leads.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze sales performance metrics.

Prepare reports for senior management on market conditions, sales forecasts, and performance against targets.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (., CFA, CFP) is a plus.

Experience: Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services, preferably within the mutual funds or investment industry.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Personal Attributes:

Results-oriented with a strong sales acumen.

High ethical standards and integrity.

Passion for finance and investment products.
