Job Description

 Oversee and coordinate marketing, sales, and raw material activities

to ensure effective business operations.

 Manage on-time delivery processes by coordinating activities across

departments.

 Respond to customer inquiries and communications promptly.

 Lead and coordinate sales efforts, ensuring alignment with business

objectives.

 Develop, prepare, and implement business development plans aimed

at driving growth.

 Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans and ensure timely delivery

of products to customers.

 Monitor and ensure timely collection of payments from customers.

 Track RFQs (Request for Quotations) and POs (Purchase Orders) for

products, ensuring proper follow-up.

 Monitor product pricing in comparison to customer pricing and take

necessary actions.

 Manage and control raw material and finished goods inventory

efficiently.

 Coordinate the preparation of debit/credit notes as required.

 Oversee regular customer account reconciliations.

 Track and monitor the collection process through a collection tracker.

 Allocate responsibilities to the marketing team to ensure smooth

workflow and performance.
