Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations.
Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients.
Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
Assist in sales forecasting and reporting.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns (online and offline) to generate leads and brand awareness.
Manage social media channels and create engaging content.
Assist with website development and content creation.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance.
Assist with the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.).
Additional responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks related to sales and marketing.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Collaborate effectively with other team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing (B2B experience a plus).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Experience with social media marketing and content creation is a plus.
Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus.
