Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Head to join our team. The Marketing Head will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts and developing and implementing marketing strategies for our OTC products, including condoms, pregnancy kits, and other related products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies for our OTC products that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to inform marketing strategies
Create and manage marketing budgets
Manage and mentor the marketing team to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives
Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices and continuously improve marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
Experience in the OTC space is strongly preferred
Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
