Job Summary:

The Head of Sales & Marketing for B2C Verticals will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance brand visibility, and strengthen customer relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in B2C sales and marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in B2C verticals.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

• Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM tools.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
