Ø Job Profile-
Ø Provide technical support to existing customers (Local & International) in terms of product specifications, samples, and technical documents from the plant.
Ø Coordinate with relevant departments like factory (production, dispatches and quality), R&D (for new molecules, applications and technical specifications), accounts (for billing and collections), etc
Ø Prospecting for new customers through the internet, references, existing database, and new database within the company and visits.
Ø Managing customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Ø Achieving targeted sales at defined margins would be critical for this role.
Ø The role calls for a go getter with leadership skills.
Ø Identify opportunities in the Local and international markets.
Ø Follow up with International and local clients for orders, follow up, shipments, documentation, its submission, services, and payment.
Preferably / ma / / BMS with PG / MBA in Marketing candidates with relevant experience in the API sector can be considered on merit
10 to 12 years experience in handling Sales activity in the API sector.
Must have proven track record of independently & successfully prospecting and completing the sales cycle for sales of specialized molecules for an API / Bulk Drug unit.
Must be technically competent with good understanding of cGMP procedures
Should be able to engage effectively with existing & prospective customers
Excellent key accounts management skills
