Job Description
• Develop and close new business opportunities within a defined list of industrial maintenance sectors including Automotive and Electronic OEM, Tier 1-2 suppliers, Pre-engineered building supply, and a variety of Big industries which require steel-related products.
• Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• To generate the leads by applying effective strategies in big multinational companies like LG, Haier, Samsung etc.
• Generate leads for new sales through calls, internet marketing & local marketing
• Promptly respond to general queries via e-mail, message & call.
• Plan strategic brand building events to expand the product portfolio.
To achieve sales targets & expand the working avenues.
• Responsible for supporting the company’s sales and meeting targets from new clients.
• Report to sales head and prepare the business planning and forecasting.
Qualification
• Minimum education qualification – Bachelor’s Degree.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant industry experience working as a Sales Executive/ Manager or similar role, preferable within the industrial steel market.
• Proven record of successful deals closed in B2B sales.
• Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.
• Great command of MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
• Critical thinker, Team player and problem-solving skills.
