We are seeking motivated and driven Sales Personnel to join our team. As Sales Personnel, you will identify potential customers, pitch our product, and close deals. Plan and strategise various offline & online marketing activities. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with prospective customers to optimize conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential customers in the Indian college market
• Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels
• Schedule and conduct presentations and product demos for college representatives.
• Follow up with potential customers to close deals and convert them into paying customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term business
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the game
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
• Requirements:
• Proven sales experience in the education sector, preferably in the Indian market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with the Indian college market and education system
• Understanding of psychological wellness and its importance in the education sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
