Argot IT Solutions is looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years of experience in
sales of IT & custom development services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
generating leads and converting these leads into a successful business for the
organization. The candidate should have prior experience in sales or business
development.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels)
- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful
conversion of leads.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.
- Nurturing leads and follow-ups.
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
- Quality checking of the company's sales processes.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales
goals and revenues.
- Networking to gain potential leads.
