Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to drive business growth. Create and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand awareness. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and the company website. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business development. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to track performance and make data-driven decisions. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the intellectual property or related industry. Strong understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
